About Our Company

Serenity Health & Wellness is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving our community where support is needed most. Our Case Management Services are designed to provide personalized support tailored to each client's unique needs. We offer referrals to essential community resources, including housing advocacy, legal assistance, substance use and behavioral health services, hospice care, food and personal care items, and financial management counseling. Our team also connects clients with medical providers to help them stay actively engaged in their care and assists with obtaining medications to support their treatment plans.

We also assist clients with obtaining discounted eye-wear. To qualify, clients must have an eye prescription dated within the past year. Glasses are delivered directly to the client by mail for a total cost of $15. Clients must be present during the ordering process so that we can submit the request on their behalf. This program is an excellent resource for individuals who cannot afford a new or replacement pair of glasses, and it is available regardless of insurance status.
